Goldfish Swim School in Bedford, NH is hiring an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations, ensure safety, and maintain consistent lesson quality alongside the General Manager and leadership team.

You’ll oversee staffing and performance, work with deck staff and instructors on scheduling, training, and service needs, and assist with cash management, reporting, and birthday party operations. This role supports a welcoming family experience and fosters growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
• Strong organization and clear communication.
• Comfort working with kids, families, and a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and performance, partner with deck staff and swim instructors on scheduling, training, and service needs.
• Support cash management and administrative reporting.
• Guide retail/vending and birthday party operations to Goldfish standards; implement Emergency Action Plan and safety procedures; keep certifications current.
