Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and inspire staff to deliver high-quality lessons.
• Ensure strong customer service and smooth scheduling.
• Manage sales goals and track leads to grow the school.
• Maintain facility standards for cleanliness and safety.
• Handle staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budgets.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Operations Team.
