Aqua-Tots Swim School in Coppell, TX is seeking an Aquatic Manager to lead and develop the instructor team while ensuring pool safety and maintaining lesson quality. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends to meet operational needs.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and a high school diploma (GED)/Bachelor’s degree preferred. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Leadership, coaching, or aquatics experience preferred.
• 18+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop the instructor team by hiring and training.
• Maintain lesson quality and ensure curriculum adherence.
• Ensure pool safety, cleanliness, and monitor safety protocols.
• Support daily school operations and meet safety expectations.
• Build strong relationships with families and address concerns.
