SafeSplash in McKinney, TX seeks an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running a 4-wall swim school, growing enrollments, and maintaining profitability while delivering a world-class customer experience.

You will supervise a diverse team, manage class scheduling and front-desk operations, ensure safety and compliance, and engage families and the local community to grow the brand locally. This role emphasizes coaching and leadership for quality lessons and service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience (services, aquatics, education, or related field preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
• Comfortable working around water and interacting with children and parents.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating 4-wall swim school facilities and front desk duties.
• Schedule classes and manage staffing to meet enrollment demand.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, health regulations, and employment law.
• Lead and develop staff; supervise instructors and lifeguards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience and support community engagement.
