Safe Splash McKinney is seeking an Assistant Manager to support 4-wall swim school operations, drive enrollment, and deliver a world-class customer experience. You will assist the General Manager in expanding aquatics programs and ensuring safety and cleanliness across the facility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some college coursework preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required within 30 days of hire (training available).
• Lifeguard certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operations: Assist in instructing, deck management and front desk duties to ensure efficient operations.
• Class Scheduling: Manage scheduling and staffing levels to meet business demands and class mix.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure operations comply with regulations, safety standards, and health codes.
• Facilities: Support opening/closing and upkeep across interior, exterior, pool, and pump room.
• Customer: Maintain high satisfaction through timely follow-ups and quality service.
