SafeSplash Brands, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in McKinney, TX to support the General Manager in leading a diverse team and overseeing 4-wall swim school operations.

You will drive enrollment growth, maintain profitability, and deliver a world-class customer experience while expanding aquatics programs and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes community engagement and leadership development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in services, aquatics, education, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instructing, deck management and front desk duties to ensure efficient operations.
• Effectively manage scheduling and staffing to meet enrollment demands and class mix.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, safety standards, and health codes.
