Job summary

SafeSplash Brands, LLC is seeking a Deck Supervisor to supervise the pool deck, assist instructors, and ensure child safety. You will check in families, guide children to instructors, and observe pool activities to maintain a safe environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with families, is comfortable on their feet for long periods, and may have CPR/AED certification. Training and advancement opportunities are offered.

• Check-in families and direct children to their instructors
• Assist swimmers and instructors from the deck as needed
• Responsible for observing and patrolling the pool area

What are we looking for in a Deck Supervisor?

• A happy, energetic team member who loves working with children and supporting families with kindness and patience.
• Preferable but not required to maintain Red Cross CPR/AED certification
• Preferable for previous swim instruction experience
• This position requires the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods while supervising pool operations and assisting staff or swimmers, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 75 pounds when necessary.
