SafeSplash Lancaster, PA is seeking a Deck Supervisor to oversee pool operations and support instructors while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for families and children.

The role emphasizes on-site supervision, assisting staff from the deck, and maintaining cheerful, energetic service. CPR/AED certification is preferred; prior swim instruction experience is a plus. Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and handle up to 75 pounds as needed.

• Preferred but not required: Red Cross CPR/AED certification.
• Preferred: previous swim instruction experience.
• This position requires the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods while supervising pool operations and assisting staff or swimmers, including lifting up to 75 pounds when necessary.
