The role emphasizes on-site supervision, assisting staff from the deck, and maintaining cheerful, energetic service. CPR/AED certification is preferred; prior swim instruction experience is a plus. Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and handle up to 75 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Happy, energetic team member who loves working with children and supporting families with kindness and patience.
• Preferred but not required: Red Cross CPR/AED certification.
• Preferred: previous swim instruction experience.
• This position requires the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods while supervising pool operations and assisting staff or swimmers, including lifting up to 75 pounds when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Check-in families and direct children to their instructors.
• Assist swimmers and instructors from the deck as needed.
• Responsible for observing and patrolling the pool area.
