Job summary

YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City is seeking an Aquatics Team member to provide leadership within the program and supervise swim lessons in line with the Y's values. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, handling private lessons, managing the Daxko system, and promoting safety.

Starting at $14.00 per hour, this role offers training and growth within a supportive community. Must be 21+, CPR/AED/First Aid certified, and able to work evenings and weekends while building meaningful

Qualifications

• Must hold CPR, AED, O2 and First Aid certifications.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with supervisory skills.
• YMCA Lifeguard Certification or equivalent; swimming instructor certs preferred.
• Will obtain CPO cert within three months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise swim lessons and aquatic programs.
• Coordinate program setup and administration through the Daxko system.
• Create and manage work schedules for swim instructors.
• Teach aquatic classes and private lessons as needed.
• Promote safety and maintain equipment and facility standards.
