Job summary

Life Time is hiring an Aquatics Swim Instructor to help adults and children improve their swimming and learn life skills. You will evaluate swim levels and maintain cleanliness of the Aquatics facilities while delivering safe, structured lessons.

In this role, you will instruct lessons and events, respond to guest questions, promote Aquatics programs, and support a welcoming, safe pool environment.

Qualifications

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must successfully complete Life Time courses upon hire.
• Ability to work stationary and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns
• Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services
