Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to work in a fast-paced club environment, helping adults and children improve their swimming and learn essential life-saving skills.

You will assess abilities and assign appropriate swim levels, while maintaining a clean, safe aquatic facility. You will also teach classes, respond to member questions, promote Aquatics programs and services, and support the team in delivering high-quality experiences for all ages.

Qualifications

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to lift more than 20lbs.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns
• Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services
