Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to help both adults and children improve their swimming, teach life skills to our youngest members and evaluate their swimming ability to establish the correct swim level.

You will help to maintain the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities. You will instruct swimming lessons and aquatics events, respond to member questions, and promote all Aquatics programs in a fast-paced club environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming experience

Qualifications

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass Life Time courses upon hire.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
• Ability to swim 25 yards without stopping.
• Lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly and bend to lift heavier items occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming lessons and Aquatics events.
• Respond to member questions, comments, and concerns.
• Provide a safe, clean and organized pool area.
• Promote and sell all Aquatics programs and services.
