Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to teach swimming to both adults and children, assess skill levels and assign appropriate swim levels, while ensuring the Aquatics facilities remain clean and orderly for all members.

You will also help provide life skills training to younger members and assist with maintaining a safe pool environment, resolving questions, and guiding guests through Life Time’s Aquatics programs.

Qualifications

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests about Life Time products and services
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to lift more than 20 lbs

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns
• Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services
