Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to help both adults and children improve their swimming and learn life skills in a fast-paced environment. You will evaluate swimmers to assign levels and maintain a safe, clean pool area while promoting Aquatics programs.

Responsibilities include instructing lessons, responding to member questions, and ensuring a welcoming, organized space. Certification and in-house training are required, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass Life Time courses upon hire.
• Able to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
• Able to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Routinely and repetitively bend to lift 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
