Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to teach adults and children, evaluate swim levels, and maintain a safe pool environment. You will lead lessons, answer member questions, and promote Aquatics programs across the club.

The role requires Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certifications, ability to swim 25 yards, and reliable teamwork in a fast-paced setting. Benefits include free membership and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Working toward a high school diploma or GED.
• Complete Life Time courses upon hire.
• Must communicate with guests effectively.
• Must swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and bend repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming lessons and Aquatics events.
• Respond to member questions, comments, and concerns.
• Provide a safe, clean, and organized pool area.
• Promote and sell all Aquatics programs and services.
