Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to teach swimming to both adults and children, evaluating levels and maintaining a clean, safe pool environment. You will deliver structured lessons, promote aquatic programs, and assist members with their questions and needs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced club setting while supporting Life Time’s commitment to an inclusive and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to bend to lift 20 lbs and move about the club.
• Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid certification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns
• Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services
