Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to teach swimming to both adults and children, assess levels, and promote aquatics programs. The role involves maintaining a safe pool environment and assisting members with inquiries.

The position requires completing Life Time courses, valid lifeguard/CPR certifications, and the ability to supervise the pool area while engaging with guests. Benefits are included for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to complete Life Time courses upon hire
• Able to move about the club for prolonged periods
• Able to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services
• Must be able to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
• Must be able to bend/lift up to 20 lbs regularly

Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming lessons and aquatics events
• Respond to member questions, comments, and concerns
• Provide a safe, clean and organized pool area
• Promote and sell all Aquatics programs and services
