Job summary

Life Time Reston is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to teach adults and children, evaluate swim levels, and maintain a safe, clean pool area. You will respond to member questions and promote Aquatics programs while ensuring a positive experience.

Must be able to swim 25 yards and complete Life Time courses on hire. Wages start at $15.00 and go up to $18.75 per hour, with benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Able to move about the club for prolonged periods.
• Pass Life Time courses upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming lessons and Aquatics events.
• Respond to member questions and concerns.
• Provide a safe, clean, and organized pool area.
• Promote and sell Aquatics programs and services.
