Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to help adults and children improve their swimming and life skills. You will assess ability, assign swim levels, and maintain a safe, clean pool area while promoting Aquatics programs.

This hourly role pays between $18.25 and $22.75 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off and more.

Qualifications

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to move about the club for prolonged periods.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events.
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns.
• Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area.
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services.
