Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to teach swimming and life skills to members, from children to adults, within a fast-paced aquatics facility. You will assess swim levels, monitor safety, and contribute to a clean pool environment.

Responsibilities include leading lessons, answering questions, promoting aquatics programs, and ensuring a safe, welcoming experience for all guests. Wages start at $16.25 per hour and can go up to $19.25 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to communicate with guests and answer questions about Life Time products and services.
• Able to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Capable of bending to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and aquatics events.
• Responds to member questions and concerns.
• Maintains a safe, clean and organized pool area.
• Promotes and sells aquatics programs and services.
