Life Time Inc. in Westminster, MD is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to help both adults and children improve their swimming skills, learn water safety, and progress through swim levels.

You will teach lessons, supervise pool areas, respond to member questions, and promote Aquatics programs while completing Life Time courses upon hire. Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass Life Time courses upon hire.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events.
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns.
• Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area.
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services.
