Job summary

Goldfish Swim School - Superior is hiring part-time instructors to teach swim lessons using our curriculum. Leadership opportunities can arise within 3–6 months, with paid training and a set weekly schedule tailored for students or those seeking extra hours.

You’ll be part of a team that values growth, reliable schedules, and opportunities for advancement, all while teaching water safety and swim techniques to children in a warm, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with children.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Certification training for lifeguard, CPR & AED will be provided as part of training and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction based on Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
• Educate students on safety rules to prevent accidents.
• Evaluate students’ progress and complete required paperwork.
• Interact with parents/guardians about student development.
• Use problem-solving to address student challenges.
• Maintain pool equipment storage and event materials.
• Perform light cleaning tasks as needed.
• Attend workshops and training outside regular hours.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
