Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is hiring year-round, part-time instructors with leadership opportunities available within your first 3-6 months. You will instruct students on water safety and proper swim techniques, using the Goldfish curriculum, and communicate progress to parents after each 30-minute lesson.

We offer paid training, a set weekly schedule, and growth opportunities with regular pay increases as you gain skills. Great pay and a supportive team culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with children.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Lifeguard, CPR & AED certification training is part of the program.

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
• Educate students on safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
• Evaluate students’ progress and complete paperwork in a timely manner.
• Interact with parents/guardians on students’ progress and development.
• Perform light cleaning and assist with routine pool area maintenance.
• Attend occasional workshops and training outside of regular hours.
