Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is hiring year-round, part-time swim instructors with opportunities for leadership within 3–6 months. Instructors will teach water safety and strokes, communicate progress to parents, and support a positive, energetic learning environment in a 90-degree pool.

The role offers paid training, a set weekly schedule suitable for students, and potential advancement as you grow with the company. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with children.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to complete lifeguard, CPR & AED certification as part of training.

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction based on Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
• Educate students on safety rules and regulations.
• Evaluate students’ progress and complete required paperwork.
• Interact with parents/guardians on student development and progress.
• Participate in workshops and training outside regular hours.
