Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Swim Instructor to join our aquatic programs. In this role, you will teach swimming fundamentals to participants, maintain a positive, energetic demeanor, and engage with staff, parents, and students daily.

Availability is required on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings during June and July. Bilingual Spanish/English testers receive a +10% differential; CPR/First Aid or Red Cross credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient swimming and safety/rescue skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred or required for some assignments.

Responsibilities

• Swim instructors are enthusiastic and portray a positive attitude.
• Relate positively to a variety of people including other staff, parents, and program participants.
• Instructors must be organized, and eager to teach (lesson plans provided).
• Other duties as assigned.
