Job summary

Lehi City is seeking a Swim Instructor to teach group and private swim lessons for all patrons. The role offers a variety of shifts within the Recreation Department and requires the ability to pass a background and drug test.

Experience is valued, and Red Cross WSI certification (or equivalent) is preferred but not required. Training is provided on hire, with a maximum of 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Red Cross WSI certification or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Relevant experience is valued and training is provided upon hire.
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Teach group lessons of varied ages (Preschool 1-4, Levels 1-6) and/or private, one-on-one swim lessons.
• Cover or work other shifts as needed; maximum of 25 hours per week.
• Private lesson instruction available to trained instructors.
