Aqua Tots Swim School is currently hiring a Swim Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will make a positive impact by teaching children to swim in a fun and safe environment. Imagine seeing a child confidently swim across the pool for the first time, knowing you contributed to their achievement.

Enjoy sharing your love for swimming while working in a lively, supportive, and friendly environment. Our team fosters a positive and welcoming atmosphere. This onsite position allows direct interaction with students at our state-of-the-art facility.

Starting pay is $15.50+/Hour, offering a competitive wage for doing what you love.

We are looking to fill this position ASAP. The hiring process can take less than 1 week!

Requirements:

1. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
2. Follow all safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures
3. Attend monthly in-service training
4. Track student progress through levels
5. Provide excellent customer service
6. Work 4-6 hour shifts teaching 8-9 classes back-to-back
7. Be available to work one weekend shift from 8:30 am to 3 pm (Saturday or Sunday)

What does a Swim Instructor do?

You will teach swimming to children of all ages and skill levels, focusing on water safety and skill development. No prior teaching experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. A passion for swimming, a positive attitude, and a love for working with children are essential.
