Job summary

Premier Aquatics Services LLC. is seeking part-time Swim Coach candidates for evening shifts. You will work with the head coach to develop engaging swim programs for students and lead practices, provide feedback, and help swimmers improve their skills.

This role offers valuable coaching experience, leadership growth, and a meaningful community impact by water safety and youth development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available Monday through Thursday from 5:00 pm–7:00 pm.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and eager to learn.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• Ability to obtain and maintain StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Certification.
• Swimming proficiency and comfort in water.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in water with stroke techniques.
• Communicate techniques clearly to students.
• Ensure practices follow the Head Swim Coach's plan.
• Set up and tear down swim meets and practices.
• Help assign swimmers to lanes during meets.
• Create a fun, inviting learning environment for students.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

PART-TIME/HOURLY TEAM MEMBERS ELIGIBLE FOR A RAISE AFTER EVERY 60 SHIFTS

Compensation

$18.50-$22.50/hour

Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Swim Coach and make a splash in the lives of young swimmers! As a vital member of our coaching staff, you'll work closely with our head coach to develop and implement engaging swim programs for students.

From leading practice sessions to providing feedback and encouragement, you'll play a key role in helping swimmers improve their skills and reach their full potential. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable coaching experience, build leadership skills, and make a positive impact in the community. Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Assisting students in water with proper stroke techniques
• Communicate techniques to students clearly and concisely
• Ensure practices are running according to the Head Swim Coach's plan
• Set up and tear down swim meets and practices
• Help assign swimmers to the correct lanes during swim meets
• Creating a fun and inviting environment for students to learn in
• Perform other duties as assigned
