Next Job Abroad is seeking Swedish-speaking Customer Experience Specialists to join our international CX hubs in Greece. You will be the voice of global brands for Swedish customers across Europe, handling inquiries by phone, live chat, and email with empathy and clarity.

This role includes full relocation support to Greece, flight tickets, hotel or apartment upon arrival, paperwork assistance, paid onboarding, and a defined path into Quality Assurance, Team Leadership, or Operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish language skills (written and spoken).
• Good command of English (B2+).
• Customer-service oriented with clear communication and empathy.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece in coming weeks.
• Comfortable using computers and typical software applications.

Responsibilities

• Be the problem solver by assisting customers via phone, chat, or email with inquiries about products, orders, or accounts.
• Deliver top-class service with clear, empathetic communication and positive problem-solving mindset.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through service features step-by-step.
