Next Job Abroad is seeking Swedish-speaking Customer Experience Specialists to join our international CX hubs in Greece. You will be the voice of global brands for Swedish customers across Europe, handling inquiries by phone, live chat, and email with empathy and clarity.

This role includes full relocation support to Greece, flight tickets, hotel or apartment upon arrival, paperwork assistance, paid onboarding, and a defined path into Quality Assurance, Team Leadership, or Operations.

Formación

• Fluent Swedish language skills (written and spoken).

What You’ll Be Doing (The Role)

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the voice and face of global brands for Swedish-speaking customers across Europe:

• Be the Problem Solver: Assist customers via phone, live chat, and/or email with inquiries regarding products, order tracking, bookings, or account support.
• Deliver Top-Class Service: Turn tricky situations into positive customer moments through clear, empathetic, and friendly communication.
• Troubleshoot & Guide: Walk users through basic technical issues, service setups, or account features step-by-step.
• Collaborate Globally: Work side-by-side with international colleagues in an inspiring, multicultural environment.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest brand features, tools, and updates with ongoing support.

• Fluency in Swedish: Native or fluent (C1/C2 level) in both written and spoken communication.
• Good English Knowledge: (B2 level or higher) to navigate company systems and communicate with international team members.
• Work Eligibility: EU Passport or a valid legal work permit for Greece.
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years old.
• Digital Literacy: Comfortable navigating computers, multi-screen environments, and basic software applications.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, active listening, empathy, and a positive problem-solving mindset.
• Relocation Readiness: Willingness and motivation to relocate to Greece in the coming weeks.
