Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to serve German-speaking customers across Europe. The role offers full relocation support to Greece, including flight tickets, hotel or apartment upon arrival, and assistance with local paperwork.

Qualifications

Fluency in German: Native or fluent (C1/C2) in written and spoken communication.
Good English knowledge (B2 level or higher) to navigate company systems.
Relocation readiness: Willingness to relocate to Greece in coming weeks.
EU Passport or valid legal work permit for Greece.

Responsibilities

Be the Problem Solver: Assist customers via phone, live chat, and/or email with inquiries regarding products, order tracking, bookings, or account support.
Deliver Top-Class Service: Turn tricky situations into positive customer moments through clear, empathetic, and friendly communication.
Troubleshoot & Guide: Walk users through basic technical issues, service setups, or account features step-by-step.
Collaborate Globally: Work with international colleagues in a multicultural environment.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on latest brand features, tools, and updates with ongoing support.
