Job summary

Next Job Abroad in Greece is seeking a Finnish-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to be the voice of global brands for Finnish customers across Europe.

You’ll receive full relocation support—flights to Greece, hotel or apartment on arrival, help with local paperwork (AFM tax number, social security, bank accounts) and real estate guidance in Athens—plus paid onboarding and clear growth paths into QA, team leadership, or operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent Finnish with written and spoken proficiency (C1/C2)
• Good command of English (B2+)
• EU passport or valid Greece work permit
• Age 18+
• Digital literacy and comfortable with basic software
• Willingness to relocate to Greece in coming weeks
• Strong communication, empathy and problem-solving mindset
• Experience in customer experience or call center is a plus

Responsibilities

• Be the problem solver: assist customers via phone, live chat, and/or email with inquiries regarding products, order tracking, bookings, or account support
• Deliver top-class service through clear, empathetic, and friendly communication
• Troubleshoot & guide: walk users through basic technical issues, service setups, or account features step-by-step
• Collaborate globally: work side-by-side with international colleagues in a multicultural environment
• Continuous learning: stay updated on brand features, tools, and updates with ongoing support
