Next Job Abroad is recruiting a Customer Experience Specialist to serve French-speaking customers across Europe from Greece. This role offers full relocation support, training, and clear progression paths within global brands.

You will join a multicultural team, handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and help customers with products, orders, and account features while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French at C1/C2 level in writing and speaking.
• Good English knowledge (B2 or higher) for systems and team
• Strong communication and empathy as core traits
• Digital literacy and ability to use basic software tools
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to a multicultural environment

Responsibilities

• Serve French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email across Europe.
• Deliver high-quality service and resolve issues with empathy and clarity.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through features.
