Job summary

TheFork is seeking a Customer Product Success Specialist – Restaurant Onboarding (Swedish Speaker) to onboard and train Swedish restaurant partners on TheFork Manager. You will deliver virtual and in-person training, configure profiles, and drive product adoption to ensure fast, value-driven go-live.

You will be fluent in Swedish and English, have 2+ years in onboarding/training in B2B SaaS or hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• 2+ years in customer onboarding/training/ccs in B2B SaaS or hospitality with tech aptitude.
• Confident communicator who can explain software to non-technical audiences, on video and in person.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding training to partners on TheFork Manager virtually and in person.
• Set up and optimize restaurant profiles and configuration for quick go-live.
• Drive product adoption and convert partners to advanced users within first weeks.
• Identify upsell opportunities during onboarding and hand leads to Account Managers.
• Achieve and exceed individual targets while supporting country and regional goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Care for smooth handover.
