TheFork is part of the Tripadvisor Group and seeks a Customer Product Success Specialist – Restaurant Onboarding (Swedish Speaker) to onboard Swedish partners and train them on TheFork Manager. You will bridge Sales, Product and Customer Care in a fast-paced market.

Based remotely with occasional travel to Sweden and the UK, you’ll drive adoption, create training content, and help restaurants go live quickly while achieving targets in a growing European team.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• 2+ years in customer onboarding, training or customer success in B2B SaaS or hospitality tech.
• Confident communicator able to explain software to non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Deliver onboarding training to restaurant partners on TheFork Manager, virtually and in person.
• Set up and optimize restaurant profiles and configurations for quick go-live.
• Drive product adoption, turning partners into confident users within weeks.
• Identify upsell opportunities and hand off qualified leads to Account Managers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Customer Care to ensure smooth handover from signature to go-live.
