Mercedes-Benz Customer Experts in Greece is seeking Swedish-speaking professionals to be the primary contact for customer requests, representing Mercedes-Benz. You’ll respond by phone and email, offer expert car guidance, and provide timely roadside assistance when needed.

You’ll join a diverse, multinational team with strong focus on customer experience, development opportunities, and a supportive work environment. Fluency in Swedish and good English are required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish.
• Very good use of English – both in written and spoken language.
• A profound passion for cars is a big plus.
• Work experience as a customer support/customer care representative for at least 6 months will be preferred.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• A genuine problem-solving mentality and a deep sense of ownership.
• Tech savviness and learning agility.
• A positive and adventurous attitude.
