You will handle inquiries via phone and email, provide product guidance, and support customers through issues with professionalism while representing the Mercedes-Benz brand in Greece.

Experience in customer care is preferred and relocation assistance is provided to candidates willing to move to Greece.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish.
• Very good English (written & spoken).
• Passion for cars is a plus.
• At least 6 months of customer support experience preferred.

• Resolve issues as they arise – addressing customers’ concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate and effective roadside assistance

What you will bring:

• Fluency inDanish
• Very good use of English – both in written and spoken language
• A profound passion for cars is a big plus
• Work experience as a customer support/customer care representative for at least 6 months will be preferred
