Job summary

Intel Corporation in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Module Engineer On Shift (MEOS) to provide real-time factory support, address equipment and process issues, and ensure continuous 24/7 lot movement on the line.

Responsibilities include handling RFCs, performing data collection, and collaborating with tool owners and engineers while enabling new tools and maintaining production flow. Eligible candidates hold a technical degree with related process experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 1+ year (Master's) or 2+ years (Bachelor's) in lithography, exposure mask, wet etch, or dry etch processes.
• Experience with DOE, SPC, and manufacturing quality systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, advanced packaging or substrate development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and align shift priorities with management using shift pass-downs.
• On the factory floor, support equipment and processes, update RFCs as needed.
• Execute non-standard procedures and perform panel inspections to collect data.
• Communicate critical issues to tool owners and stakeholders.
• Provide thorough shift pass-downs to ensure continuity.
• Support tool qualification and enablement activities.
• Assist with lot disposition decisions and process recovery actions.
