Job summary
The YMCA of Greater Brandywine (YGBW) seeks a Senior Vice President, Information Technology to lead the technology function within its Strategy and Growth portfolio. The SVP will translate priorities into a practical technology roadmap, ensure secure, scalable IT operations, and deliver technology-enabled solutions across members, programs, and communities.
The role reports to the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer and partners with executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS/business/data/cybersecurity or related field.
- Ten+ years technology leadership experience with roadmap planning and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology planning, governance, and strategic roadmap in partnership with executive leadership.
- Oversee cybersecurity, data governance, and enterprise platforms to support mission delivery.
- Drive digital transformation and data-driven decision making across the organization.
