Job summary

Ladders is seeking a SVP Technology Enablement to shape strategy and operating model for governance, risk, program delivery, and operational support functions. Remote role with compensation of $294,750 – $530,550 annually.

The ideal candidate will lead technology operations and transformation efforts in a highly regulated environment. Responsibilities include building teams, strengthening controls, and aligning with enterprise objectives while partnering with senior leaders to improve execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, business administration, or related field required.
• Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, risk, program management, or operations within large organizations.
• 10+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success in governance, risk, portfolio management, or transformation functions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations impacting technology risk, governance, and operational resilience.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably financial services, preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a SVP Technology Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This executive role will shape the strategy and operating model for technology enablement across governance, risk, program delivery, and operational support functions. The position will partner closely with senior technology and business leaders to strengthen execution discipline, resilience, and alignment to enterprise objectives. This leader will also build high-performing teams and improve the effectiveness of key control and vendor management processes in a highly regulated environment.
