Ladders is seeking a VP of Operations (Digital Solutions) to lead operational processing services across digital and card platforms. This remote US role shapes operational strategy, drives service quality, and enables scalable processes to support client success and new product initiatives.

Responsibilities include directing strategy, resource planning, and client interaction to ensure excellence in execution and ongoing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years leading complex implementation projects in payments or financial services.
• 10+ years managing card processing technology and operations, including onboarding and change management.
• 7+ years of direct leadership experience.
• 7+ years of client project consultation and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and management for operational processing services across all platforms
• Develop and execute business unit strategies aligned with overall company goals
• Define requirements and processes for new products and operational services
• Design and implement operational models and policies to enhance client service quality
• Forecast and develop resources to meet business unit needs and support clients effectively
• Deliver pre-sale implementation support and operational consulting, including client presentations
• Interact with client executives to ensure high satisfaction levels

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Operations (Digital Solutions) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will oversee operational processing services across digital and card-related platforms, ensuring they are aligned with broader business objectives. The role is responsible for shaping operational strategy, strengthening service quality, and supporting client success through scalable processes and effective resource planning. This position also partners closely with clients, executives, and internal teams to support new product initiatives, implementation work, and ongoing operational excellence.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $134,500 – $215,200 annually
