J T, a fast-growing developer, owner and operator of energy assets in the US, seeks a Senior Vice President to lead capital formation, structured finance, investment underwriting, capital allocation and long-range financial planning. Reporting to the CFO, you will design financing strategies to fund growth and oversee end-to-end capital markets processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• MBA, CFA, CPA or another relevant advanced degree or credential preferred.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in capital markets, project finance, structured finance or related fields.
• Significant renewable energy, power, infrastructure or distributed generation experience preferred.
• Direct experience with capital forms such as debt, tax equity, preferred equity, JV and structured capital.

Aufgaben

• Lead capital formation and financing strategy end to end.
• Set underwriting standards, investment criteria and risk methodologies.
• Prepare and present to Investment Committee and senior leadership.
• Oversee FP&A, investment analysis and transaction execution.
• Build enterprise models linking pipeline, assets and liquidity.
• Partner cross-functionally with Development, Legal, Tax and Accounting.
