Job summary

Lima One Capital is seeking an SVP, Regional Manager to lead a POD of Regional Loan Officers and Business Development reps within Outside Sales. You will drive growth, mentor a high-performing team, and partner with peers to expand our market position.

The role requires proven leadership in real estate lending, strong recruiting and pipeline management, and a track record of achieving KPI targets while navigating a dynamic lending environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• Experience in investment real estate lending (Business Purpose Lending).
• Ability to quickly build a team of Outside Loan Officers from prior contacts or experience.
• Proven production track record, with a Book of Business or Investor Network.
• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of three years of sales experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Salesforce CRM; adaptability to new tech.
• Proven KPI achievement and leadership capabilities.
• Experience leading teams on the sales floor as a working leader.
• Strong communication and proactive follow-ups with internal & external teams.
• Active NMLS License or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coach a loan officer team to exceed expectations and provide daily feedback.
• Recruit new reps and assist Revenue Operations with onboarding.
• Manage Outside Sales pipeline to ensure deals close on time.
• Provide detailed projections and metrics to leadership.
