The hiring range for this role is:

201,392.00 - 282,440.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range depends on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay.

The Senior Vice President Pharmacy Supply Chain is a key leadership role responsible for shaping organizational success, strategy, and operations of Synergie's pharmacy supply chain solutions. This role involves collaboration with executive leadership, overseeing engagement with pharmacy network providers and vendors, and ensuring service excellence and scalability. It offers an opportunity to lead growth in a critical healthcare segment.

Primary Job Functions

• Lead strategy, implementation, and financial analysis of pharmacy supply chain pricing contracts for health plan clients.
• Implement processes for effective pharmacy supply chain management, drug contract compliance, and communication strategies.
• Collaborate across the Blue Cross Blue Shield organization for operational and financial success.
• Develop operational policies and best practices with stakeholders to optimize performance.
• Oversee financial and operational performance, identify optimization areas, and improve efficiency.
• Build and develop a team, ensuring operational excellence and a culture aligned with company values.

Education, Experience, and Certification

Education

Required: Bachelor's Degree

Preferred: Master's Degree

Experience

Required: 15 years of success in healthcare finance, underwriting, operations, or supply chain leadership.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience in the prescription drug delivery industry and data management tools.
• Leadership experience in projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong background in pharmacy benefits management and healthcare payer pricing.
• Knowledge of financial controls, customer service, claim processing, and contract administration.
• Experience with Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans preferred.
• Proven success in growth initiatives within healthcare.
• Leadership skills, including vision-setting, coaching, and results delivery.
• Analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
