The hiring range for this role is: 201,392.00 - 282,440.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs.

This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay.

Position Overview

The Senior Vice President, Pharmacy Supply Chain, is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the success of the organization by setting strategy and overseeing operations related to pharmacy supply chain solutions, including engagement with pharmacy network providers and vendors. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead growth in a critical healthcare segment.

Primary Job Functions

1. Lead strategy, implementation, operations, and financial analysis of pharmacy supply chain contracts for health plan clients and pharmacy benefit administrators.
2. Implement processes to manage pharmacy supply chain effectively, ensuring drug contract compliance and strategic communication.
3. Collaborate with Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations to ensure operational and financial success.
4. Develop operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize performance.
5. Oversee financial and operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
6. Build and develop a team, fostering a culture of service and performance.

Education, Experience, and Skills

Education

• Required: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred: Master's Degree

Experience

• 15 years in senior healthcare finance, underwriting, operations, or supply chain leadership.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience in prescription drug delivery and data management tools.
• Leadership in complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Background in pharmacy benefits management and healthcare payer pricing.
• Knowledge of financial controls, claims processing, and contract administration.
• Experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield plans is preferred.
• Proven success in growth initiatives within healthcare.
• Leadership skills in setting vision, coaching, and results delivery.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
