The hiring range for this role is:

201,392.00 - 282,440.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay.

The Senior Vice President of Pharmacy Supply Chain is a key leadership role responsible for shaping the success of our organization, setting strategy, and leading engagement with pharmacy network providers and vendors. Primary Job Functions

1. Lead strategy, implementation, operations, and financial analysis of pharmacy supply chain pricing contracts for health plan clients.
2. Implement processes to manage the pharmacy supply chain, ensuring drug contract compliance and effective communication.
3. Collaborate with Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations to ensure operational and financial success.
4. Develop and implement operational policies and best practices.
5. Oversee financial and operational performance, optimizing outcomes.
6. Build and develop a team, fostering a culture of service and performance.

Education, Experience, and Certification

Education

Required: Bachelor's Degree

Preferred: Master's Degree

Experience

Required: 15 years in healthcare finance, underwriting, operations, or supply chain leadership.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience in the prescription drug delivery industry and data analysis tools.
• Leadership in complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Background in pharmacy benefits management, networks, and healthcare pricing.
• Knowledge of financial controls, auditing, customer service, claims, market research, benefits, and contracts.
• Experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield plans preferred.
• Proven success in growth initiatives within healthcare.
