The hiring range for this role is:

201,392.00 - 282,440.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay.

The Senior Vice President Pharmacy Supply Chain is a senior leadership role responsible for strategy, operations, and financial performance of Synergie's pharmacy supply chain solutions, including engagement with pharmacy network providers and vendors. This role offers a significant opportunity to influence growth in a critical healthcare segment.

Primary Job Functions

1. Leads strategy, implementation, operations, and financial analysis of pharmacy supply chain pricing contracts for health plan clients and PBMs.
2. Implements processes to manage pharmacy supply chain effectively, ensuring drug contract compliance and strategic communication.
3. Collaborates with Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations to ensure operational and financial success.
4. Develops and enforces operational policies and best practices with stakeholders.
5. Monitors and enhances the financial and operational performance of pharmacy supply chain products.
6. Builds and leads a team, fostering a culture of service and performance.

Education, Experience, and Certification

Education

Required: Bachelor's Degree

Preferred: Master's Degree

Experience

Required: 15 years of success in healthcare finance, underwriting, operations, or supply chain leadership.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience in the prescription drug delivery industry and data analysis tools.
• Leadership experience in complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong background in pharmacy benefits management, networks, and healthcare payer operations.
• Knowledge of financial controls, auditing, customer service, claims, market research, benefits, and contracts.
• Experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield plans is preferred.
• Proven success in driving growth initiatives in healthcare.
• Leadership skills in vision setting, coaching, and results delivery.
• Analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Hands-on problem-solving approach.
