Job summary

Ministry Brands is seeking a Senior Vice President of Software Engineering to lead multiple engineering teams and drive the strategy for our software platforms. You will report to the CTO and balance technical excellence with business outcomes, delivering secure, scalable products for thousands of churches and ministries.

You will shape architecture, standards, and development practices while fostering an inclusive, high-performing engineering culture across global teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field plus 10+ years in software engineering.
• Proven experience leading engineering organizations and managers.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and leadership for the software engineering organization and roadmap.
• Oversee delivery of software initiatives from conception to deployment.
• Evolve SDLC with AI-led development and maintain security and quality.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Customer Success to align priorities.
