Job summary

Longitude Rx is an early-stage company reshaping the future of specialty pharmacy. The Senior Vice President of Market Access will lead strategy to ensure patients access specialty medications efficiently, affordably, and with strong clinical oversight.

This leader will build payer partnerships, negotiate manufacturer agreements, and shape reimbursement strategies to expand Longitude Rx’s national impact, embodying values of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and patient-centered focus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in market access, payer strategy, or specialty pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive market access strategy.
• Lead contracting with commercial, government, and specialty payers.
